Choose the Excel Method From the Question
Choose an Excel analysis method by identifying the question type first.
The method should follow the question, not your favorite Excel feature. The principle Excel gives you many ways to touch data, but each method is strongest for a different analytic job. Use PivotTables for grouped summaries, charts for time or relationship patterns, distribution checks for spread and anomalies, and lookup or join logic for enrichment.
