Impact beats intuition. A document can feel ordinary because it is part of your daily job, yet still be high impact if disclosed. Low impact Use AI freely when the material is already public or clearly intended for public release. Still avoid adding unnecessary private context. Moderate impact Use only approved enterprise tools and minimize. Internal notes, customer themes, non-public process drafts, and routine operational details often belong here. High impact Stop or escalate.
