Use a structured debrief to convert town-hall input into visible next actions.
The follow-up is part of the facilitation design. What: capture observable signal List themes, unresolved questions, commitments, sentiment shifts, and factual gaps. Do not interpret yet. So What: identify implications Ask what the signal means for trust, manager readiness, implementation risk, and decision clarity. This is where patterns become priorities. Now What: assign action Every follow-up needs an owner, a date, and a channel. If there is no owner, it is not a commitment. Publish the loop Employees should see what was heard, what will change, what will not change, and why. That is how a town hall becomes accountable.
