Choose an approach that fits the sandbox and approval limits instead of fighting them mid-task.
Codex cannot ignore the sandbox, so you should not ignore it either. Sandboxing changes the solution space In the CLI, the agent works inside explicit filesystem, network, and approval boundaries. Those limits are not merely security features. They determine which technical paths are feasible.
