Commit to a specific gemba observation that will produce one system improvement.
Observe one real brewery task for 15 minutes: CIP setup, yeast harvest, filler startup, keg washer chemical check, dry-hop prep, or packaging changeover. Pick a task that will happen in the next two shifts and where a small friction point could affect safety, quality, or downtime. I will observe [brewery task] at [time/trigger], ask [operator] what makes the correct step hard, and write one friction point plus one system fix before [handoff/debrief].
