Commit to a short improvement sprint that makes one IT control's evidence more reliable.

Run a 2-3 day evidence sprint for one weak IT control, such as access removal, privileged-access review, backup restore testing, cloud public-storage blocking, vendor deletion proof, or high-risk change authorization.
