Commit to a Convergence Contract

Create a convergence contract for a real brainstorming or ideation session before selection begins. A brainstorm where the group will need to narrow many ideas into a shortlist, test plan, or decision. I will say: 'Before we choose, here is the convergence contract. First we cluster duplicates into concepts. Then we score concepts against customer value, feasibility, and learning potential. Your votes are advisory signal, not a final decision.
