Create a specific PDCA commitment for improving electrical job closeout quality.
Run a two-day PDCA test on one electrical job closeout standard. Closeout packets for panel upgrades, EV chargers, service calls, or inspection-ready rough-ins. Plan: choose one closeout defect and one minimum standard. Do: apply it on the next two relevant jobs. Check: review packets by 4 p.m. each day and count missing items.
