Commit To A Pre-Send Quality Gate

Run a five-question quality gate before sending legal research answers. Before I send any legal research answer this week, I will pause for three minutes and check: issue stated, controlling source named, current treatment checked, material facts applied, confidence and open risk stated. If an item is unchecked, I will either fix it or label it as a limitation. We will check the concrete research behavior, not a vague intention.
