What is the first sentence in a client-ready recommendation? The answer to the client decision, not the history of the analysis. Use BLUF and Pyramid Principle logic. Evidence caveat or hedging? Good caveats preserve action; hedging avoids ownership. Use the side that preserves a clear client decision, names the evidence boundary, and creates a specific next commitment.
