I will lead with the conclusion, the three caveats that could change it, and the evidence under each caveat so you can scan and audit the logic. It actively listens to the fear of oversimplification, keeps the BLUF, and uses the pyramid to make detail inspectable rather than buried. Do not say this if you are actually hiding weak evidence.
