Handle the Objection: "Community Is Just Marketing"
Use a battlecard to answer the common objection that community is merely a marketing channel.
Community is just marketing. If it matters, why not put it fully under campaigns and demand gen? Community can support marketing, but it is not limited to it. The more useful question is which business job this community is designed to do right now. If the primary objective is Support, Product, or Success, the operating loops, rituals, and metrics look very different from a campaign engine.
