Hear the Complaint Under the Accusation
Identify the practical loss beneath a heated complaint before trying to defend or solve.
The first job is translation, not defense. A complaint usually arrives wrapped in frustration, but the useful signal is the loss underneath it. Hear the threatened value Customers complain when something they rely on feels broken: time, money, trust, fairness, predictability, or reputation.
