Complete the Experiential Loop

The four moves Kolb is useful because it catches the common training illusion: doing an activity is not the same as learning from it. A scenario gives concrete experience, but the learner still needs reflection to notice patterns, a concept to compress the lesson, and a next experiment to test it outside the class.
