Complete the Learning Cycle

Use Kolb's cycle to convert a work attempt into a next practice experiment.

The move: do not call it learning until the next experiment is named. Kolb's cycle gives deliberate practice a simple operating rhythm. First, you have a concrete experience. Second, you observe what happened without defending it. Third, you form a concept: a small rule, pattern, or explanation. Fourth, you actively test that concept in the next attempt.
