Use learning data and insights to guide meaningful development conversations with direct reports.

Effective managers use data to personalize development conversations. When you know an employee's learning history, performance patterns, and career aspirations, you can have more strategic discussions. Learning data reveals what skills employees are building, identifies gaps, shows motivation patterns, and highlights readiness for advancement.
