Correct is the floor. Memorable is the craft. Teach the model SUCCESs gives you six ways to strengthen a message: simple, unexpected, concrete, credible, emotional, and stories. The point is not to decorate the content. The point is to make the idea easier to process and easier to retrieve. Start with simple: what is the one sentence the reader should remember? Then add concrete proof: a number, scene, object, quote, or before-after. Finally, decide whether the piece needs credibility, emotion, or story to close the gap between understanding and caring.
