Prioritize Renovation Requests With RICE

RICE prioritization scores work by Reach, Impact, Confidence, and Effort. In coworking, it gives structure to amenity requests that otherwise get decided by volume, seniority, or whoever complained most recently. Reach asks how many members or bookings the change affects. Impact asks how strongly it improves the target outcome, such as retention, productivity, or revenue. Confidence asks how much evidence supports the estimate. Effort asks what it costs in time, money, disruption, and coordination. The mechanism is explicit tradeoff. RICE does not make the decision for you, but it forces the team to show its assumptions.
