Use RATER to choose a trustworthy first response during a coworking service failure.
SERVQUAL, often remembered through RATER, breaks service quality into reliability, assurance, tangibles, empathy, and responsiveness. During a coworking service failure, people judge both the fix and the way the team behaves while the fix is pending. Reliability is the promised utility: can people work? Assurance is whether the team sounds competent. Tangibles are visible backup signs, hotspots, and room changes. Empathy is acknowledgement of the disruption.
