Use OODA When the Building Moves Faster Than the Plan

The OODA loop is Observe, Orient, Decide, Act. It is useful in fast-moving coworking operations because the first answer is rarely the final answer. Observe means gather live facts: location, safety, affected rooms, member flow. Orient means interpret those facts against priorities: safety, access, paid bookings, communication channels. Decide means choose the next reversible move. Act means execute and then re-enter the loop with new information. The mechanism is tempo with learning.
