Make Failure Informative, Not Personal

Reframe a failed creative attempt into evidence for the next iteration.

A failed version can be a successful instrument. Creative confidence does not mean enjoying criticism. It means knowing how to metabolize criticism into a next move. The fixed-mindset trap is to treat feedback as a verdict on ability: this failed, therefore I am not creative.
