Recall SCCT response postures and choose the right one for common crisis conditions.

Diminish or rebuild? When harm and responsibility are high, rebuild beats explanation. If we apologize, we will look guilty. We can express care immediately; if responsibility is confirmed, the apology should name the harm and the repair, not hide behind regret.
