Private Keys Are Control, Not Passwords

Explain why controlling a private key or seed phrase is equivalent to controlling the crypto asset.

The reframe: a seed phrase is control, not customer support evidence. Crypto systems usually separate the wallet app from the authority to spend. The app is only software. The private key is the signing authority. When a transaction is signed, the network checks whether the signature matches the public address and whether the funds can be spent. It does not know whether the signer is the original owner, a contractor, a phishing site, or a person who found a screenshot. Key, Address, Signature A public address is where funds are visible.
