A customer applies pressure for a specific feature during expansion, renewal, or escalation. We need this feature or we cannot move forward. I hear that this is tied to moving forward, and I do not want to answer from the feature name alone. Can we map the moment it needs to support, what progress is blocked today, and what would count as safe enough for the next step?
