Translate a customer request into the underlying job, context, and success measure.
Requests are evidence, not instructions. Customer-centric teams do not dismiss requests, but they also do not treat them as product specs. Capture the words Write the customer's exact phrase and the moment it arrived. The situation matters because the same feature request can mean different jobs in renewal, onboarding, compliance, or executive reporting.
