Write A Behavior-Level Objective

Write a measurable customer education objective with actor, action, condition, and proof.

The draft goal says, "Customers will understand admin roles." It sounds reasonable, but it gives the designer no evidence target. Use Bloom verbs and backward-design proof: actor, observable action, condition, and success evidence. The common trap is swapping one vague verb for another: know, learn, become familiar with, or understand. Those words may describe an internal state, but they do not tell the lesson designer what practice to build or what customer behavior to inspect after the lesson.
