Turn a Queue Apology into a Plan

Rewrite a vague wait apology into a greeting with acknowledgment, sequence, and next signal.

The vague greeting is: 'Sorry for the wait.' It acknowledges discomfort but gives no sequence, preparation cue, or next signal. Wait acknowledgment + order + preparation cue + next update.
