Construct a weighted customer health score that separates behavior, value, stakeholder, and commercial signals.

A CSM team has inconsistent account-health reads because every person weights signals differently. Weighted Health Score: behavior, value, stakeholder, and commercial signals with explicit thresholds. The common trap is building a score from whatever data is easiest to pull.
