Turn a QBR Win Into a Story

Use divergent and convergent thinking to turn a QBR outcome into a focused reference story.

Raw praise A customer says the product changed onboarding. The quote feels strong, but the team does not yet know the trigger, numbers, or buyer audience. A story built too early becomes either vague or overclaimed. Double Diamond Discover -> Define -> Develop -> Deliver Use divergent discovery to collect evidence, then converge on one reference angle before building the asset. Shortcut Turn praise into headline The final story is specific, supported, and usable. Diverge for evidence before you converge on messaging. 01 Discover 02 Define 03 Fresh delivery Open the evidence The QBR note says only: "changed onboarding."
