Read the Customer's "Why" Behind the Score
Interpret customer satisfaction scores through the comment and the service moment behind them.
Do not worship the number or dismiss it. A customer score is a smoke signal. The comment and case timeline tell you what burned. When a customer says "solved, but I had to chase," the product outcome may be fine while responsiveness and effort are poor. Use a three-part read. First, identify the customer's stated reason.
