Make the QBR an Outcome Review
Structure a QBR around business outcomes, evidence, risks, and next-quarter commitments.
QBRs should answer one executive question: are we getting the value we came for? Restate the outcome Open with the business objective, not your product. If the customer bought the platform to shorten onboarding, reduce compliance exposure, or increase team capacity, say that first. Show evidence and gaps Use evidence the customer would recognize. Adoption is useful only when linked to a workflow or result. Name gaps without apology. A QBR that hides risk teaches the executive not to trust the meeting.
