Build a Churn Recovery Plan

Create a churn recovery plan that identifies cause, intervention, owner, signal, and commercial guardrail.

The team has a vague churn risk and too many untested theories. Recovery Plan: cause hypothesis, intervention, owner, customer ask, success signal, deadline, commercial guardrail. The common trap is launching many save activities at once: executive call, discount, roadmap promise, training, and support audit.
