Confidence is part of the result. Finding State what the data shows in plain language. Keep it separate from the action you recommend. Confidence Name whether the evidence is strong, moderate, or early. Confidence can come from sample size, consistency, quality, design, and replication. Assumption Say what must be true for the finding to hold. Assumptions are not embarrassing; hidden assumptions are. Limitation and next check Name what the analysis cannot answer yet and what evidence would reduce the risk. This keeps the decision moving without overstating the proof.
