Interpret agreement results as evidence about guideline clarity and task ambiguity.
Agreement metrics are smoke alarms for ambiguity. What the number can tell you A batch-level agreement number tells you whether the task is stable enough to scale. It does not tell you, by itself, who is right or which label definition is broken. Where the useful learning lives The useful material is in disagreement clusters: repeated confusion between two labels, items with three different answers, or one rule being interpreted in two ways.
