Calculate Agreement, Then Inspect Confusion
Use agreement and confusion pairs to decide what to improve in a labeling pilot.
A 100-row pilot has 78 matching labels and 22 disagreements. Most disagreements are between refund_request and billing_dispute. Use the metric to trigger inspection, then use confusion pairs to write the fix. The common shortcut is accepting or rejecting the pilot from the headline agreement number alone. Before Pilot passed: 78 percent agreement. Continue production. After Pilot needs one boundary fix: refund_request requires an explicit request for money back; billing_dispute covers disagreement about a charge without refund ask. Re-pilot 40 rows.
