Build the Approval Packet
Structure a deal exception packet with situation, background, assessment, and recommendation.
The approval packet contains artifacts but does not state the decision, analysis, or exact package. SBAR approval packet: Situation, Background, Assessment, Recommendation. The common trap is assuming more evidence means more clarity. A packet can contain every screenshot and still fail if it does not tell the approver what decision is needed and why the recommendation is sound.
