Commit to using a structured debugging log on one real issue in the next three days.

Use a structured debugging log on one active bug or flaky test. Pick a bug where you have already repeated a command, lost context after interruption, or needed to hand off investigation details. For the next debugging session, I will keep a four-column log: Hypothesis - the cause I am testing; Test - the command, trace, repro, or comparison I will run; Result - what happened, including negative evidence; Next decision - continue, rule out, rollback, escalate, or write a fix.
