Decide Recognition Cadence Under Pressure

Pick a recognition cadence that avoids both overload and scarcity.

You have a 6-member team and feel pressured. Which cadence is most balanced? Post praise only when someone reaches a monthly milestone. Give specific quick feedback within 24 hours for important behaviors, and summarize patterns weekly. Send multiple broad praise messages every morning to everyone. Do only private praise for all recognition events. Option 2 balances immediacy and sustainability while preserving specificity. Option 1 is too sparse. Option 3 turns recognition into noise. Option 4 may be too narrow if several behaviors are team-learnable in public contexts.
