Write a shared Definition of Done for an animation shot before production work begins.
Done is a shared state, not a mood. A beautiful shot can still be unfinished if the next team cannot safely use it. Name the usable state A studio Definition of Done should describe what must be true for the next handoff. For animation, that might mean the frame range is locked, the latest rig is used, all director notes are cleared or logged, and the shot has been reviewed in sequence rather than in isolation.
