Construct a delegation brief from an under-specified request.
A manager is about to send: "Can you handle the beta feedback summary for Product?" Convert vague requests into six-field delegation briefs: outcome, level, decisions, guardrails, resources, check-in. The common shortcut is to add more activity detail while still skipping authority. The employee then produces work, but not the decision-ready output the stakeholder needed.
