Delegation Is a Contract, Not a Prompt
Describe the four clauses that make AI delegation safer than a bare prompt.
A prompt asks; a delegation contract governs. Outcome Name the business result, not just the activity. "Create a one-page risk summary for the CFO" is stronger than "summarize this." Inputs Specify what the model may use. If source control matters, say "use only the attached transcript" or "separate supplied facts from outside assumptions." Boundaries Name the authority limit. The model can draft options, flag risks, and propose questions. It cannot approve a policy, promise a customer concession, or decide a people issue.
