Quick Reference: Handoff Brief Cards

Recall the core components of a delegation handoff brief.

What does Outcome define in a handoff brief? What good looks like in observable terms: deliverable, quality bar, deadline, and user or stakeholder result. Why include the Why? It gives business context so the owner can make trade-offs without asking for every small decision. What does Scope prevent? Scope prevents the owner from solving too much, too little, or the wrong problem. What does Authority name? Whether the owner researches, recommends, decides after input, decides within guardrails, or decides and informs. What belongs in Constraints?
