Construct a RACI row with one accountable owner and clear input roles.
A pricing FAQ update is stuck. Support is drafting, Product owns positioning, Legal checks claim language, Finance checks billing terms, and Sales wants the final link before launch. Do not list every stakeholder as Consulted or Accountable. That makes every update feel like approval. Step 1 Decision: Publish final pricing FAQ for the new plan names. RACI works best when the row is tied to a concrete decision or deliverable. Step 2 Responsible: Support drafts FAQ; Design formats page.
