Demo the Decision, Not the Feature
Explain why a demo segment should prove a buyer decision rather than display a product area.
The screen is evidence, not the point. If the buyer cannot name the decision a screen supports, the demo is only motion. Start with the buyer's decision Name the business question before the feature. "Can managers catch risk early?" is stronger than "Here is the risk dashboard." This primes the buyer to evaluate evidence, not inspect UI. Show the shortest proof path Use the fewest clicks that produce the evidence. The moment you show unrelated controls, the buyer starts mapping product complexity instead of value.
