Narrate the Buyer Before the Screen
Use discovery language to frame a demo screen around the buyer moment it serves.
Narrate the world the screen is entering. The buyer should hear their own problem before they see your interface. Who is in the moment Name the person doing the work. "A hiring manager" is more useful than "users." It gives the screen a human actor. What friction exists today Use one concrete discovery detail: a delay, duplicate entry, missed alert, unclear owner, or manual workaround.
