Design a small PDCA cycle for improving bag-technique compliance during home visits.
Bag technique varies across field visits, and policy reminders have not made the behavior consistent. PDCA cycle: Plan the test, Do it small, Check behavior, Act on learning The common trap is treating a reminder as an improvement. A reminder is an intervention, not evidence that behavior changed. Plan Test a bag-tag checklist with six wound-care nurses for one week; predict clean barrier use rises from 60 percent to 90 percent.
