Build a 15-minute AI learning session with tutor prompts, teach-back, spaced follow-up, and a skill drill.
Most AI learning sessions become content grazing because there is no design for retrieval, feedback, or later review. Target → Tutor → Teach-back → Drill → Return The common trap is to spend the full session inside explanation mode.
