Respond to pressure for exaggerated copy by using principled language about believable benefits and proof.
Rita R Sales leader Claim Turn 1 Let's just say, 'Eliminate delays forever.' That will grab people. How do you answer? Rewrite Turn 2 Okay. What would a stronger promise sound like? Which rewrite do you suggest? Proof Turn 3 How do we make that new promise feel strong enough to sell? What is your coaching move? Best move: narrow the promise, then strengthen it with proof. The winning responses preserved ambition but kept the copy inside what the buyer could reasonably believe after seeing nearby evidence. Specific promises often convert better than absolute ones.
