Choose the Right Check Question

Ask learners to choose the best feedback line for a messy scenario: Right. Retrieval is stronger when it requires the learner to reconstruct and use the idea. Ask, "Was this useful?": Weaker. Reaction is not retrieval and does not strengthen memory for the model. Ask learners to recognize the model name from four acronyms: Weaker. Recognition of a label is too shallow for a workplace skill. Show the same summary slide again: Weaker. Rereading feels fluent but produces less durable recall than retrieval practice.
