Show a worked diagnosis, then ask them to finish a similar one: Right. Novices need a model that reduces unproductive search and reveals the schema. Give a blank dashboard and ask them to discover the pattern: Weaker. Discovery can overload novices before they have a schema. Explain every KPI term for 20 minutes: Weaker. Definitions without demonstration do not show how experts use the concepts. Ask advanced analysts to debate edge cases first: Weaker. Expert debate can create extraneous load for beginners.
